Appointments
We offer hour and a half bridal appointment with your own private stage area that comfortably seats up to 6 guests. We do not charge any fees for our appointments. You are able to walk through our collection of wedding dresses that are organized by style with your party and your bridal stylist. Our stylist will guide you through each of the gown styles and make recommendations based on your preferences. We carry mother of the bride and groom dresses and you are able to shop at your convenience. We also offer hour appointments for bridal accessories and bridesmaids. Saying Yes!
We have a unique and fun tradition when you say YES! to your gown at Sophia’s. With permission, we take two Polaroid pictures of you in your dream dress. One for you as a keepsake and a second for us to share on our wall of brides. We also have a sign that proudly displays that you said “Yes to the Dress” at Sophia’s!
We offer a complimentary water and fire resistant garment bag with our logo to keep your dress looking its best for the big day. We highly recommend investing in our wedding gown preservation for only $350 plus tax. Your gown will be spot cleaned, pressed and preserved along with 3 accessories. This ensures your dress will remain in pristine condition for years to come. Ask us how to get $25 off! As always we offer dress steaming before the wedding day at no charge.
As a special gift for purchasing your dress at Sophia’s we offer 10% off any accessories purchased. Such accessories include veils, bridal belts, and jewelry.
Your bridesmaids also receive $10 off each of their special order gowns too!
Alterations
Alterations are provided by the very talented Marisol from Marisol Exclusive Designs in Denton. She is here on Wednesdays by appointment. You need to have any undergarments and shoes for your first fitting which is typically 2 to 3 months before the wedding date or bridal portraits. Rush options are available for an additional cost. Plan to have at least 3 fittings with 2-3 weeks between fittings. Alterations costs do vary depending on the work needed, materials and custom changes. They can range from $400-900. Please call the store to book with Ms. Marisol.
